Dr. Song is a professor in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University. He earned M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1999. He has been PIs for numerous projects including NASA telemedicine project, electronic health record system with Ghanian hospitals, Smart learning management system for customized patient education, digital twin for personal healthcare, and mobile app for emergency medical services with the state of Maryland. He has published more than 80 conference papers and journal papers.
