Dr. Atmaram F. Shelke is an Associate Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune (Symbiosis International University, India) with over 17 years of teaching experience. A two-time gold medalist in LL.M., his Ph.D. focused on Intellectual Property Rights Volition in Cyberspace. His expertise spans IPR in Cyberspace, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and Research Methodology.
He has participated in international academic programs in Germany, Bulgaria, Sweden, and Italy under DAAD, EURASIA, and SPARC projects. Dr. Shelke has over 25 publications (including SCOPUS and WoS indexed) and regularly reviews for reputed journals. He has contributed to multiple national and international projects, including on criminal justice reforms, digital courts, legal aid, and child protection laws.
A recipient of the Hall of Fame Award (2025), he has been invited as a resource person at over 50 conferences and workshops. He also served as Deputy Director (Administration) at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
