Lulëjete Prekazi is a PhD Candidate in Psychology at the European University of Tirana, Albania, specializing in trauma therapy and client-centered care. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology and is a licensed clinical psychologist as well as an accredited EMDR Practitioner with EMDR Europe. For nearly 14 years, Lulëjete has been deeply involved in rehabilitation and reintegration programs for survivors of human trafficking, providing trauma-informed care, psychological support, and long-term healing interventions. Passionate about promoting resilience and recovery, she is dedicated to strengthening trauma-informed services and advancing policies that support comprehensive care and sustainable social reintegration. Lulëjete also teaches at Heimerer College and serves as Director and Psychotherapist at UNI Clinic in Kosovo.
