Dr. Hyunwoo Jung is a research professor of Health Administration at Yonsei University in Wonju, Gangwondo, South Korea. He achieved his undergraduate degree in Health Administration and Social Welfare in 2015 from Yonsei University. Hyunwoo Jung received his Ph.D. in Health Policy & Management from Korea University in 2021 under the supervision of Professor Jun Hyup, Lee. Now he holds dual positions at Yonsei University, which are a postdoctoral fellow in the Graduate Program of developing glocal experts in health policy and Management, and a research professor in the Department of Health Administration. Hyunwoo Jung is specialized in health insurance, health policy, economic evaluation, and health services thereby publishing several articles related to those fields.

Also, he is currently interested in the virtuous cycle of health and its positive influence on the aging society. He is leading a project, “a study on the implementation of a virtuous cycle of health in a middle-aging society using AI machine learning techniques.” Hyunwoo Jung’s ultimate goal is to make a better world by getting wisdom from research, pursuing freedom, and opening the “common sense barriers” between each people.
